It was clean, with very good location and rooms.

Its staff and location were great that's why I loved the place. The room was tidy with two beds attached together and had a safe box, an ironing set and a work desk. Had a natural lighting.

This pretty standard, exceptionally clean property has sumptuous continental breakfasts and helpful staff. The onsite bar is superb, the barmen offers welcome drinks.

There was variety of excellent options for English breakfast. My twin room was brand-new, had a lovely bed. The staff were all approaching and informative. Brilliant location not too far away from Barber Institute of Fine Arts.

Pretty much what I expected: highly professional hotel, reasonably priced. Loved great cooked breakfast and very spacious bed. The rooms were appropriate and beautifully maintained.

Enjoyed my stay, it was very mediocre, the service was exceptional.

It was an absolutely amazing experience overall. The place was tidy and staff were incredible, I really enjoyed unbeatable location. Lots of gorgeous food for packed breakfast. Such a welcoming service too.

Every detail of the hotel was modern, all the staff were knowledgeable. They made my stay GOOD. Quiet location, marvellous view from great-sized rooms. The service was absolutely good. The beach was nice.

All good: location and staff. The breakfast had lots of options: milk, pastries, jam, slices of fresh bread and cheese. Luxurious bathroom, really nice bed, beautiful bedroom. Hospitality from the whole staff.

Ideal staff and service, I had a just perfect stay. I loved a beautiful decor and contemporary furniture. It was a nice quiet area, a fabulous base for me. Actually everything was first class, my next choice again in Birmingham.

Its staff and amenities were fantastic. I liked that there was a bathtub. Edgbaston district is worth looking into. I ate at the hotel's in-house restaurant, loved it. They offered me extra towels, nice touch too.

We greatly enjoyed it so we would definitely return. Location and staff made the stay pleasant! Bed was comfy, esp for those with a bad back.
